Geographical Location
The Red Sea project is located along the Red Sea coast, encompassing an archipelago of more than 90 islands located approximately 80 km west of Jeddah. The project area covers approximately 28,000 square kilometers, including marine areas and a coastline stretching approximately 200 km. Development Concept
The plan is to create a resort combining luxury hotels, villas, restaurants, spas, and entertainment complexes. Particular attention is paid to the conservation of natural resources and the protection of the marine ecosystem. Leading international architectural firms and experts in ecology and sustainable development have been engaged to implement the project.
Implementation Phases
The project is being implemented in stages, beginning with the initial construction phases and culminating in full development of the site. By 2030, the main infrastructure is planned to be completed and the first tourists are expected to be welcomed.
