6 Mega Projects of Saudi Arabia

1) Trojena - part of the Neom project, the first ski resort in the Middle East, which is primarily being created as a base for the Asian Winter Games 2029. Trojena is located at an altitude of 2600 meters above sea level, due to which the climate here is cooler and will allow maintaining the right temperature for year-round use of sports facilities. The location of the project on the mountain will also allow all vacationers on the territory of the complex to constantly admire the picturesque landscapes of the desert on one side and mountain ranges on the other. 2) The Avenues - the project is located in Riyadh and will be the largest shopping complex in the world, occupying a mind-boggling 1,800,000 sq. m. This project will consist of a shopping center of 370,000 sq. m, and 5 residential, hotel and commercial towers. The first tower will house the offices of the world's largest companies, the second tower will be the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the third tower will be entirely residential, the fourth will house the Canopy Hotel, and the fifth will house the Conrad Hotel. The government wants to launch the project by the end of 2026.

3) Qiddiyah Six Flags is the world's largest amusement park. The park will occupy 320,000 square meters and will offer its visitors unique roller coasters: the fastest, highest, and longest in history, most of the rides will be listed in the Guinness Book of Records. The park will also have restaurants and shopping areas. The restaurant area will feature 25 different cuisines from around the world, and the shopping area will feature famous brands with their latest collections.

4) The Line is a city within the Neom project. A unique engineering creation, an eco-friendly city of the future without personal transport and harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The mirror project will be located in the Tabuk district, 170 kilometers long, 200 meters wide and 500 meters high. It will support its own ecosystem and operate on completely renewable energy and maintain an internal temperature of 23 degrees all year round. 

5) The Rise Tower - the tallest building in the world at 2 kilometers will be located in the north of Riyadh. The approximate cost of this project is 5 billion dollars, it will be a real crown of human creation and engineering. Rise will be home to thousands of people, companies and shops, as it will be a multifunctional center with residential residences, offices, shopping centers, cinemas, swimming pools and high observation decks. 

6) The City of Neom is a mega-city located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia on the coast of the Red Sea, where important maritime trade routes intersect. The project is created as a clean city of the planet, which will be 100% powered by renewable energy and preserve the environment. Leading scientists and engineers from all over the world have been invited to create this project; innovative technologies will be needed to achieve a successful result.
